1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or customized products, gift cards, and clearance items. We do not accept returns on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

You will be required to provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your request is approved.
1.4 Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1.5 Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
2. Exchanges

2.2 Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship a replacement product to you as soon as possible.
